Nitrous oxide (N₂O) is sold solely for legal purposes such as culinary use in cream chargers. Inhaling or misuse is strictly prohibited and may be punishable. The customer is responsible for any misuse.

2. Return Policy
2.1 Right of withdrawal:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
2.2 Exceptions:
Opened or used N₂O cylinders cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2.3 Return procedure:
To return a product, send a free-form application to info@whipkit.eu with the order number and reason.
2.4 Product condition:
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
2.5 Return costs:
Unless the item is defective, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
2.6 Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and approved.
